The Eyeless GirlThere once a little girl. She had brilliant red hair and gracing green eyes. Everyone in her village loved her and her parents. Her parents were lords of their own estate and didn't do much harm to anyone. One day their house oddly burned down and only the girl survived. The entire village thought of her as a witch for surviving and accused her of killing her own parents. She was expelled from her town and went to somehow live on her own. Stricken with grief the girl gouged out her brilliant green eyes and soon her fine red hair became a mop of tangled ungodly monstrosity. Hoping to find her way back to the village only to be called a monster and had her face burned beyond recognition. She hobbled for days, having her legs crippled when she came upon a field of grass. There on the other side was a boy with light hair. He was lazing the day away as always when he found that poor girl crawling across the meadow. He went to her and tried to calm her down. Oooh love the glow affect you added to make his angelic aura apparent. Good attempt at the angel wings but you might want to look up different tutorials on how to correctly draw the feathers. (there are a lot of good ones here on dA trust me!) The wrinkles on his shirt also seem very big. But they're not randomly placed which is good since i can see where the source of the wrinkles come from. Both his skin and hair could use some more cell-shade too. Really nice picture though!

It just takes practice!
The palm of the hand is the length of the index finger.
The thumb and the index make a J shape.
Etc
If u think of the shape its somewhat easy. Just practice xD most artists run from hands. DONT RUN MAAAN.

amd thankies! On sai i use the brush for the lineart and but min size at 0 so it has linequality.
